Now Comms Asia acquires Singapore based software development company, CodeKakis

Cracking the code to premier marketing solutions this June

SINGAPORE, 21 May 2021 – Now Communications Group Pte Ltd announced today the acquisition of software development company, CodeKakis. This move is in line with Now Comms Asia’s continued plan to develop and diversify across Asia Pacific. CodeKakis officially join Now Comms Asia in June, lending its expertise in development of marketing technology; while adding on to the number of home grown talents within the organisation.

CodeKakis’ development of the exciting product, Medusa Recognition, promises to value-add Now Comms Asia by helping clients with their “last mile” marketing. Medusa Recognition uses an AI Model to accurately predict the demographic information of the clients’ potential customers and automatically analyse the traffic – determining which adverts to display based on the demographic group, whilst protecting the privacy of the individuals.
